Automotive Sales Coach

The aim of the position is to increase Dealer parts sales through in-depth investigative analysis, best practice process implementation and sales coaching throughout all trade sales activities and to coordinate the Sales Rep activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

  • Assess current status of Dealers involved using the proper tool;
  • Generate a dedicated Improvement Action Plan defining priorities, taking into account size, opportunity and Dealer’s capabilities;
  • Present report and action plan to Dealer senior management, gaining acceptance and buy-in of their responsibilities;
  • Present action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff, gaining buy-in at all levels;
  • Carry out in depth business review of all associated activities, providing root cause analysis;
  • Produce comprehensive business review findings/reporting;
  • Provide coaching ‘hands-on’ support at all levels to initiate action plan – data analysis, process implementation, sales coaching, customer and opportunity management;
  • Provide remote support in addition to the coaching visits;
  • Create action plan for on-going maintenance at conclusion of coaching, handover to Dealer and NSC Management;
  • Identify and support marketing and campaigns to maximize opportunities;
  • Ensure effective communication and feedback at all times with: Head Office, Regional and District Management, MSX Program Management, MSX Support Functions;
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements;
  • Attend meetings as required, providing territory results, feedback and market intelligence;
  • Manage and coordinate Sales Rep activity dedicated to dealer involved into the program;
  • Work with the Sales Rep teams to manage the daily operation to ensure SLA’s are maintained;
  • Identify and support marketing and campaigns;
  • Build upon team expertise by sharing best practice and field based one-to-one coaching;
  • Ensure and support program review meetings with program team;
  • Assessing training requirements of team and recording training completed whilst reviewing effectiveness.


EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Degree certificate is a must;
    • 2-3 years of experience in Automotive industry in after sales projects;
    • Previous experience in Parts Sales Project (preferential);
    • Italian language native; English language fluent;
